Liked: My stay was great. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-decorated, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is varied and delicious, with options for all tastes. The hotel's location is also perfect, close to the main tourist attractions but in a quiet area that guarantees a good night's sleep. The staff was excellent, highly recommended!

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: The hotel facilities are relatively old, the bathroom is not clean, and the bed is uncomfortable. When I entered the room, I found that the window could not be closed. I contacted the front desk and came to check, but it still could not be closed. The front desk said that he would contact the maintenance staff to come, but the maintenance staff did not come until I checked out.

Liked: Thomas at the reception was very helpful while doing check in. He gave us all information and arranged for a late check out as well.
Disliked: The kitchen staff didn't refill the coffee machine when it was over. Some people left their trays with all cutlery on table and cleaning was not being done so that other people can have a seat for having breakfast
