Pleasant

Disliked: Room should have facility for instant coffee or Microwave so one can quickly use it with kids.. There were no cups and instant items for quick use.. Would be great if you can arrange in the room

Nice stay

Liked: The lady in the reception allowed me to do an early check-in if I subscribe to the Ibis loyalty program. That was amazing. Carlos was super attentive also.
Disliked: The room has a bad smell, probably coming from the AC because the room was very, very clean. For the price, at least, should have the breakfast included.

Not the best place to...

Liked: Location is good - next to tram station
Disliked: The air conditioning was not working both days even at 17 degrees. They gave a fan saying that they have bad ACs. The shower was broken and not replaced.Breakfast didn’t have options.

Good location

Liked: Good location, just few mins tram to old town or main train station. Grocery stores nearby, also some restaurants.
Disliked: Could be cheaper…but so could all hotels in Zurich.
