Over all this is a...

Liked: The property offered what you expect from IBIS. The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. The location is also convenient. There is a bus stop near the hotel. The breakfast was also good. Over all it is a good value for money option.
Disliked: We stayed in June and it was a bit hot in the room. The AC does not seem to work even if you turn the temperature to the minimum.

Almost a hostel to be...

Liked: Breakfast is good, staff are friendly. Room & bathroom are quite spacious. McDonalds and gas station with a supermarket are right in front of the hotel.
Disliked: Windows are locked, couldn't open it for the fresh air :( No teapot in the room. And in general nothing in the room except furniture. Quite loud location. And not so close to the train station as i expected.
