Liked: I have problem with closing the window that was stucked. Quickly got another room as it was happened during weekend and there wasn’t possibility to fix it.

Liked: Comfortable bed, shower cabin, good location, online check in, early accommodation
Disliked: No fridge in the room. Very poor breakfast - as if it is a budget hotel. Every day only 2 types of ham and of yellow cheese, and some tomatoes - no white cheese, no eggs - neither scrambled, nor even boiled. Some yogurt and fruits, only 1 kind of pastry. You can prepare yourself waffles. No wardrobe - several hangers and shelves.

Liked: Great location near U1 station. Not far from Prater Park.Nice breakfast.
Disliked: The window was not opened.Only 2 towels for two Person.

Liked: The room was too small for 2 persons..Althought the bed is double but it seems like single..Everyday breakfast is same nothing even a single thing is changed

Great location, lovely hotel

Liked: Breakfast was lovely and gave us a lovely start to our days, especially liked the waffle making machine. The location was excellent, easy walk of the underground stations. It was great also to have housekeeping check our room each day so we always had our towels changed and anything else that was needed. Staff were friendly & helpful.
Disliked: It might have been nice to be able to make a tea/coffee in our room that is more of a suggestion but understand the logistic it would take to make this work.
