Fantastic location and even better...

Liked: The location is excellent right next to Vienna Hbf. The staff is super lovely and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay! Great choice and something for everyone there, also the breakfast room had a great view and the breakfast staff was super friendly. Welcomed you with a smile and was very attentive.
Disliked: The reception area is big but not inviting. More seating areas for people who come and don't want to eat their dinner in the room would be good. The chairs by the business centre are way too low, and don't really invite someone to sit there and work. The matrasses need an update/upgrade and a suitcase rack would be useful in the rooms as well.
