Good value but not food

Liked: Location close to bus station
Disliked: The room service food was really not good. The bread was hard, the soup lukewarm.

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a great location close to the railway station Warsaw West, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were quite good.
Disliked: The only downside was the road construction nearby, which continued at night, as well as the fact that it was not possible to open the window. It would have been nice to be informed about the construction work in advance.

Disliked: The cleaning crew needs a new vacuum cleaner, the current one does not seem to work properly

Worse then a nightmare

Disliked: WORST expirience in a hotel EVER. Feels like we we're sleeping at a contrustion site, we got zero information about the contrustions near the hotel, the staff didn't care about our baby and the noise, we told the receptionists MULTIPLE times and they did nothing, we expected to rest very well, but instead we left more tired than we came, highly not reccomended
