Good hotel close to motorway

Liked: Good sized room with everything I needed. Location ideal for my purpose..Close to motorway but quiet. Pub next door great for food.
Disliked: Considering the location, I think parking should have been free.

Disliked: Been awoken at1.30 by staff asking what car we arrived in breakfast not value for money

Liked: The food was tasty, when we received itThe bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: Had to wait 15 mins for some of the hot food to be cooked.Would like to have a mug of tea, and not a tiny cup.Didn't appreciate having to pay £5 for 24 hrs parking.

Liked: Location and comfort especially the air conditioned bedroom

Totally inaccessible accessible room.

Liked: The staff were friendly enough.The TV was good quality as was the air conditioning.
Disliked: I am a wheelchair user and booked an accessible accommodation and it was not accessible. There were no grab rails on the toilet or the shower and there was a step up to the shower therefore I could not use the shower at all. You couldn't reach the toilet roll from I will be requesting my money back. The bed was extremely hard and after being in it for 30 minutes I almost went to ask for my money back.
