Disliked: The blackout curtains did not cover all the windows, therefore some light woke us up early in the morning. They did not have any computers to work with.

Conveniently located near Ulm Hbf...

Liked: Breakfast very good. Very pleasant lady in charge of dining room.
Disliked: A kettle would have been great.

It's very basic.

Liked: We had all sorts of difficulties, we needed to change the bookings, which was done by booking.com and done quickly and fast. However, Ibis did not know about them, couldn't find the reservations etc. The rooms are small, which is ok and to be expected from an IBIS hotel, but they were not particularly clean, lots of dust on the floor, toilet paper missing, only one set of towels also the rooms were for two. The carpets in the hall are not very clean either. The hotel has seen better times. The location is good to get to the city a couple of minutes, but don't go towards the railway station, that's a different world and many people seem to use the road in front of the hotel as a F1 track!
Disliked: The location is good if you want to go to see the city.

Exceptional

Liked: A decent hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel met all our needs — the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is excellent, right in the city center. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to the main train station and just 1 minute to the nearest tram stop. The city itself is charming and relaxed, perfect for walking around. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
