Great staff but struggled when...

Liked: The staff were excellent especially dealing with the draconian introduction of computerised checking in by Accor Hotels
Disliked: Room cleaning was cursory

Well run Chain hotel

Liked: Very helpful reception staff. The free to use hotel bike made it easy to go into the town centre.
Disliked: It is fairly advertised

Annoying room entry

Disliked: You have to download an app to get into you your room and if you leave your phone in the room by accident you have to go to reception and find one of the staff

Liked: The hotel had a modern and clean atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff who made check-in and check-out smooth. The room was cosy, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. While the location wasn’t right in the city centre, it was well-connected and easy to reach. The breakfast had a good variety, offering fresh and tasty options to start the day. Overall, it was a great experience for a short stay in Tilburg.

Disappointing

Liked: I am giving this hotel a bad review because of several issues. First, the door mechanism closes very loudly on its own, making it hard to sleep as you constantly hear doors slamming throughout the night. Additionally, the walls are very thin, so you can hear almost every noise from neighboring rooms.The room itself was uncomfortably hot and had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast was disappointing—it was not well-stocked. The coffee machine wasn’t working either.On a positive note, the staff was friendly, which I appreciate. However, overall, my experience was not pleasant, and I would not stay here again.
