Liked: Clean nice breakfast
Disliked: Weak shower stream. Had to remake bed before sleeping as the bottom sheet was never tucked in properly.

Liked: Location was bang on. Transport close, warf area, all spot on. Courtesy umbrella, and allowed to check in early. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Room backed onto freeway & road noise thru the nights wasn't pleasant. The room was appointed well, clean, and comfortable. I Was not a fan of the holes and patches on the walls, lights flickered and sometimes stopped working.

Really enjoyed the location and...

Liked: Great location. Close to Wynyard train station and the ferry. Also close to lots of great restaurants. Excellent coffee in the foyer was very handy.
Disliked: Room was small but fine for a weekend stay when we were out and about all day.

Liked: The staff were fantastic, location was exceptional, loved the cafe, the food and staff were excellent. We were able to get an early checkin which was really helpful.
Disliked: The room we were in was very close to a major road so was a little noisy in the early hours of the morning.
