Easy and convenient

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle was a bit disorganised with too many people booked on it for the same time. Issue was resolved quickly sending another bus for those left behind.
Disliked: Nothing really, it was suffice for a one night stay before flying out in the morning. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water supplied in the room.

Disliked: dirty carpet in room.What or how. do you describe that bathroom. What was it? It looked like something out of a cabin you find in a caravan park. Door didn’t close properly.No spoons to stir coffee/tea / sugar.The little lounge settee, had one sunken side.Only one elevator working, the other was dirty.aweful pillows, you should have two for each person.

Passable

Disliked: Great location to the airport, but very loud we had car alarms going off at night and people leaving there rooms at early hours of the morning making so much noise.One guy was on speaker at 4:30am walking down the hall way. The place is nice but the rudeness of the guests.The staff were great I can't fault them.

Great Hotel

Liked: Being back here after a long time between stays was a great welcome back and look forward to being back here again soon. Also being not to far from Mascot train station is a big plus.
Disliked: The rooms have no bedside radio. I usually listen to the radio before going to sleep but that's all I can find what I didn't like.

Liked: Location, price, quiet, meals available in kitchen.
Disliked: We bookedthe shuttle bus to go to the International Airport but when we went to get on the bus there were too many people to get on the bus provided, we had to wait for another bus to come.The next shuttle bus arrived within 10 minutes but we were concerned we would be late arriving at the airport.

Liked: Close to mascot station. Onsite cafe meals were excellent.
Disliked: The room had no ceiling light, only bed lamps. It’s difficult to see well enough.
