Disliked: There was no tv remote, when i rang reception staff were rude and unhelpful. The tv was set in the wall so could not use the buttons.The bathroom was tiny, it reminded me of a caravan bathroom and smelt mustyThe restaurant only had an expensive buffet option, as a small eater it wasnt worth it, the staff was so rude i didnt bother getting a coffeeAn elevator was broken so there was only 1 to service all levels this was challenging being on the top floor

Cheap, well located but needs...

Liked: The staff were super friendly. Close to the airport and well priced.
Disliked: The carpet was stained and the paint worked marked in many places, overall very tired.

Clean, tidy and lovely staff...

Liked: Easy and quick check in with plenty of parking.
Disliked: Lots of linen carts, cleaning carts and vacume cleaner in the hall ways which was hard to navigate with two children and luggage. 8.30am in the morning

Disliked: Housekeeping was substandard, floors in hallway were not vacuumed, the same rubbish was there from start of stay to finish.The doona was filthy!!!
