Disliked: I recently stayed at Ibis Styles in Wrocław and was disappointed by several aspects of my visit. Upon arrival, the receptionist was noticeably unfriendly, which set a poor tone for the stay. We had booked two rooms under the same reservation, yet they were allocated on different floors.Both rooms were located next to the housekeeping storage area, where staff gathered with their trolleys. From early morning, we were woken up by loud conversations and noise from cleaning activities.On a positive note, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were otherwise quiet during the day. However, the lack of attention to guest comfort and the unfriendly reception experience left a negative impression overall
