Liked: The hotel was exceptionally clean, with a very comfortable mattress that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Disappointing Superior Room - Not...

Liked: - The location was convenient. Walking distance (20 mins to centre), next to tram station and near Praterstern (bigger station with trains to Airport and city centre and more).- The staff was friendly.- The hotel had a service to keep your luggage after checkout.
Disliked: - Paid for a superior room for 2 people having seen the provided photos. Instead we got a tiny room, that had barely room for our suitcases and when I questioned the hotel staff about it I was told the photos are only there for reference and the room from the photos was in a completely different floor. I couldn't risk staying without a place to stay and I just asked if there's another room available and I was told they were sold out. I am 100% sure our chosen "superior room" was given out to other people and we were left with a tiny space. Very disappointed. Totally not worth the money spent!
