Comfortable stay, would stay again...

Liked: I recently stayed at Ibis Styles and had a great experience. The location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk from the train station, making it very convenient for travelers. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a modern and welcoming atmosphere.The staff were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the lady at reception — she was amazing: always kind, professional, and willing to help with anything needed.Breakfast was a standard buffet, but well-organized, clean, and regularly replenished, which made for a pleasant start to the day.Overall, a very comfortable stay in a well-located hotel with fantastic service. I would definitely return.

Poor service and no accountability

Liked: I stayed at this hotel in June 2025. There was nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but the service, staff, and overall approach left a lot to be desired.
Disliked: Due to a mistake when booking through Booking.com, I accidentally reserved an extra night for the wrong month (July instead of June). While at the hotel, I contacted both Booking.com and the Ibis reception (where I already stayed and re-booked correct night). I was told that the issue could be resolved if I rebooked and paid for the correct date. I just needed to call Booking and that the incorrect booking could be used for a future stay instead. I followed their instructions, but neither Booking.com nor Ibis were helpful afterward. The request was sent from Booking (when I called) to Ibis, who responded by asking me to pay the exact same amount again—even though I had already paid for the night in question. No one wanted to take responsibility, but everyone wanted the money. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Kind staff and large rooms..

Liked: Staff in the reception were so kind, the room was available so they gave us a chance to make early check-in.. The room and bathroom was clean and very large..
Disliked: There is a little bit distance to old city center but if you like to walk it is ok!
