Liked: The people at the Reception we re amazing especially Eleftherios . People at the restaurant also amazing and kind . Breakfast was excellent. We aske to return back on May however no rooms available and the price was also too High .Last Comment . I understand you do accept pets in the property I am no against the animals but I am allergic to dogs and cats . Through your website nothing is mentioned . I understand you accommodate dogs on specific floor but using the same elevator with pets i found it very annoying
Disliked: Breakfast is fantastic . The dinner menu did not satisfy me

Passable

Liked: The location was great and very close to the center. Big thanks to the reception staff who were very helpful, and special thanks to Sherif the restaurant staff for his hospitality and support during our stay.
Disliked: The room doesn’t have fridge and kettle.. even if there is a coffee machine in the lobby but the fridge is very important as I am diabetic and I need to keep my medication in the fridge. The housekeeping staff were kind except one lady was rude and racist, she shouted on us because I asked for an extra garbage bag and when I asked her where i can throw the garbage she was shouting and speaking in dutch !! Also , one day I requested to change the bedsheet and I kept a note on the bed but they ignored my request!! Honestly I was not expecting this kind of attitude to happen to us.

A pleasant stay

Liked: Not very far from the station. I enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee. It was also pleasant to sit down in the lobby/bar area and do some work or readings.

Exceptional

Liked: breakfast and location was perfect coffee and tea was free all day!!
Disliked: nothing
