Liked: The one member of staff there was very helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cleanThe secure parking was good as it was a necessity for this location. .
Disliked: The room was very small. The location was really bad . In all the photos of the property, none show the extremely busy major roundabout and the overhead dual carriageway within 100 feet of the hotel. A typical Booking.com trick, I believe along with the use of fish eye lenses in photography to make beds/rooms look bigger. The room was noisy, even with double glazing. The breakfast was supposedly free but in all honestly you couldn't charge for it as it was so bad. To add insult to injury, the coffee machine was also out of order . The food offered in the evening was very, very basic and unappealing . Walking in the surrounding area in the evening is not an option as its not safe, and there's nowhere to eat anyway apart from a portacabin.

Liked: I visited Toulouse for work purpose and had stayed at ibis Styles Toulouse Nord Sesquieres. Rooms were very clean and the staffs were really nice and kind. I used free wifi provided by the hotel- the connection was good, did all my office work using hotel's free wifi. Breakfast was amazing with variety of options and all things were baked/ made fresh. For other meals, there's a kfc and nice chinese buffet restaurant close to the hotel. I had to travel everyday for work purpose and commuting was no problem as there's a bus station just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Then from the last bus stop, i took a train to travel across the city. So, even though the hotel is a bit far from the airport, there's a public transport very close to the hotel hence no issue to travel around.I want to thank the guy at the reception who was very kind (bonus point: he speaks English) and went beyond his job to help me on the day of my check out. I had to go and exchange some stuff at the shopping mall and head towards the airport for my flight. I was already late to catch a flight. Knowing my situation he called the cab and explained the driver everything and asked him to drop me to the airport directly from the shopping mall. (i dont speak french so it saved my time having to explain my situation to the driver and book cab from hotel and then from the mall) Since I was in a hurry, I couldn't ask his name and thank him properly. So if you are reading this, thank you so much, you were very kind :)I definitely recommend this hotel. Its a 5/5.

Good place to take a...

Liked: Good location, nice breakfast, big room, fresh and clean beds. Coffe was amazing :)And the fresh orange juice was so good.
Disliked: Bathroom water wasnt draining..
