Disliked: Location, wish I had inly booked one night, not four. Difficult to cancel with Booking.com, so will not book with you again… Ever

Liked: Excellent hotel, very comfortable. Five minutes walk to Quay side restaurants and shopping centre. Lovely staff and great breakfast. Parking underneath hotel cost me less than 10 10 euros but nightmare to find!
Disliked: Location extremely difficult to find but once found, great for shopping and Toulon rugby ground

Disliked: One of the main reasons we booked was for the parking package, but their app was not working and we ended up paying the full parking fee for two days of parking. There was no disclaimer of any sort that the parking package was not available. If we had known we would have looked for a cheaper parking option. They did not even offer some refunds or compensation of any sort. Also, we paid for the breakfast and since there were many guests, they were not prepared at all, and we ended up waiting 20 mins for them to bring new produce. The staff on the bar was very rude to a guest when she asked when they would bring new options. The water in the sink of the bathroom in our room took 10 mins to drain, so the water just stays in forever. You'd think a hotel that makes so much money could fix the drain situation...
