Rugby trip

Liked: Great location. Close to the stare Mayol and the port.
Disliked: Far too hot. Aircon didn’t work. Staff in the restaurant were very miserable and at least 3 of the main courses were. It available the night we ate there and the server didn’t bother to tell us until we had already made our selection. Front desk staff were lovely.

Liked: The hotel is clean, which is really important, very good location close to every where, breakfast was quite good but no much choice.
Disliked: Dogs 🐕 going around the hotel.

Liked: Great Breakfast choices - fresh and plentiful. All staff very friendly and polite and helpful.
Disliked: Room was fine - shower attachment was broken but we managed. Room was too hot and no cooling available. No safe deposit box in room.

Liked: Location to harbour, Mayol Stadium and shopping mall.Good buffet breakfastAccess to car park from hotel.
Disliked: No air conditioning in Early April, bedroom and corridors very stuffy.Hotel staff released window catch to enable window to be fully open, but had to also keep curtains drawn all day and evening as sun shone in all day and warmed the room considerably.Had to sleep with window open all night, but then had to put up with considerable noise through the evening and particularly loud street cleaning from about 6am!Wasn’t impressed with evening meal in hotel.
