Practical and quality hotel

Liked: Good location, needing to stay in Rouen but not the centre, however I believe quite easy to access. We also liked that it had parking and car charging
Disliked: It would have been even better with the ability to make a hot drink in our room, we’d have loved a tea or coffee in the morning

Liked: The hotel looks pleasant and is pleasant every time the staff is being great and the rooms look nice and work well on top of it breakfast is super. What is less great is that the bed not one big matras.

Disliked: Breakfast was very simple and not a lot of varieties compared to other ibis hotels.Also, second day was way too crowded.

Disliked: Breakfast was very average My workmates who had a second room on the same booking had a family issue and had to leave early. They gave the hotel the courtesy to let them know as soon as they could and checked out, giving back their keys. I got back to my room that day after work to find that none of my stuff was in there ?! Asked the counter about it and the person quite rudely replied that they checked out for everyone and even gave back all the keys (I was holding my key in my hand as she was saying that??!) so they grabbed my stuff and left it at the front counter ?? My bag was there, everything I had in the bathroom was stuffed in there. I have never had someone from a hotel touch my personal belongings and take it upon themselves to move it somewhere else ?! I hadn’t checked out, still had my key and both my mates and I were going to be charged for the whole amount of nights booked regardless of if we slept in there or not so why empty the room like you were trying to book it for someone else ??! I will never set foot in this hotel again. The rest was average at best, bed really stiff, elevator working half of the time, breakfast with little savoury options

Quality hotel, ideal for short...

Liked: Parking on site with easy access. Comfortable bed and room (although no chair or sofa in regular double). Excellent quality, varied breakfast. Helpful staff. Easy checkin/out. Large ground floor seating area. Bar til late!
Disliked: Would prefer armchair/chair in room.
