Disliked: After booking a room at this hotel and arriving in Rouen, the manager told us that there were no rooms available at that time. So we couldn't stay there and had to look for another hotel at 12:00am.We also still haven't received a refund for the money we paid for this reservation.

Booking system didn't work and...
Disliked: i am answering the survey because this is the only way I can submit my comments, but this is more an evaluation for Booking more than the hotel. We received confirmation from Booking that our reservation was confirmed and when we arrived we were told that they didn't have rooms available and that there weren't any in all Normandy. We slept on our car at a gas station that night. When we arrived at the hotel the gentleman on the front desk showed us a list of all the reservations that were overbooked by bookings system and there were two or three people sleeping at the hotel's lobby.

Liked: Arrived in the evening after a severn hour drive to be informed abruptly that there was no room available, due to an IT system error. I received no email, text message, or phone call from either the hotel or booking.com. There was no accommodation available that evening in Rouen and the hotel did not help me to find alternative accommodation. I had to drive a further 40 minutes to the next town after already paying for city parking. It was fortunate that I had my car, I felt sorry for other guests being turned away who had arrived by public transport carrying large luggage in the evening. It is completely unacceptable to have no communication from either Ibis/Accor or Booking.com - there should be a process to inform customers when such instances occur. Now playing ping pong email between booking.com and ibis to get a refund!
Disliked: Simply told no rooms, find somewhere else. Lack of customer service. No refund confirmation provided, still waiting. Extra travel and parking costs incurred

Good location, breakfast and staff
Liked: The hotel had a very good space, suitable for a family of two adults and two children. It had one double bed, one small bed, and a crib was provided for our baby. The breakfast offered fruits, breads, protein (eggs), coffee, and fresh orange juice. Everything was always clean, and the staff was very kindly during our stay. Good location it is near from downtown, you can do everything by walking.
Disliked: The elevator is very small, it only fit the baby stroller without a person inside. We stayed on the second floor, so it wasn't a major issue. The hotel does not offer parking (this information is provided), but it is possible to park on the surrounding streets by paying the parking fee, or in a nearby uncovered parking lot that charges by the hour or day. From our room, we could hear a bit of noise from the street, but it wasn’t too disturbing.

Liked: Staff were truly excellent. Perfect location . Very comfortable rooms and beds. Excellent value for money.
Disliked: Bread was a bit dry and coffee not good at breakfast.
