Liked: It was so convenient to the Ahoy The room was a great size Decor was lovely
Disliked: We arrived and there were no towels so had to go downstairs and wait at a busy reception There’s building work going on at the moment, would have been good to have been notified on that, it was noisy in the morning

Disliked: Unfortunately, we had to leave our stay with a bitter note. On our departure day, there was the Rotterdam City Marathon - which runs right past the only parking exit. We weren’t able to leave the parking site. Unfortunately, no one in the hotel told us about this in advance. It would’ve been very easy just to give the guests a heads up. But we didn’t get any info about it, so we were stuck at the parking spot for a few hours. Everything else was great! But this is absolutely necessary to communicate to the guests.
