Liked: Big room, approposed for a family. Beautiful hotel and good breakfast just in the city centre. Staff, everytime very pleasant. In our case, we travel by car, but if you want to go to Futiroscope you have a bus stop near hotel. The best option

Disappointed we didn’t get the...

Liked: The location was excellent.The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large with a walk in shower.
Disliked: The room we booked had a leaking waste pipe which flooded the floor.The next day we were moved to a smaller room with a smaller bed. Had no help from staff even though we are in our seventies.There was no management to take our complaint.The reception staff did not care and made us feel we were making a fuss.

Liked: Room was comfortable. Staff were responsive and helpful.
Disliked: Little tricky getting to the hotel which is in a pedestrian zone. Underground parking might be a tight squeeze for larger vehicles. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned (trash left on the bathroom floor, and incomplete vacuuming), but front desk staff took care of addressing the situation promptly.

Disliked: Tiny space for storage!! But we stayed one night so we didn"t need it!! But if you want to stay more...there is no space!!

We loved our stay but...

Liked: V goof breakfast. Access to parking very difficult but v convenient in town centre.
Disliked: Access to parking down a steep and sharply angled ramp.

Great stay in Poitier

Liked: The room we had was huge, and with its own balcony was perfect. The sofa bed was very comfortable and everything was perfect. Location wise you can't go wrong, it's right in the centre of everything.
Disliked: Pillows were a bit flat, you'll need to ask for more.

Very good

Liked: The breakfast buffet wasn't very varied, but the food was good quality. Excellent location in the center, with parking under the hotel (but only for small cars!). Very friendly staff.
