Bad

Disliked: Hotel mistakenly gave me a receipt showing 2 guests when it was only me. Refuses to correct this and ignores all emails and attempts at communication. This makes me unable to get reimbursed for my work trip.

Lovely Paris Hotel

Liked: unpretentious, friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom, no noise nuisance, good breakfast buffet, drinking water dispenser in reception. Bar and snacks.
Disliked: Ringing the bell to be let in when returning to the hotel during the evening.

Very good

Liked: All the staff was super welcoming!The mattress and the pillows were comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was quite decent.
Disliked: Under the sink in my bathroom, there were traces of a leak with the growing mold. It is only noticeable when sitting in the bathtub but still spoils the impression of otherwise clean space.
