Liked: The location is excellent. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed and bedroom were comfy with good AC.
Disliked: The entire hotel, especially the rooms are in dire need of a refresh. They are extremely old and run down. The price is very high for the quality of the hotel.

Liked: The property was in a good location. When wechecked in, the staff asked us if we smoke, and gave us a balcony, when we said that we do.
Disliked: There were some renovations going on in the cafe next doors, and you could hear everything from 9 am. The hotel is no soundproof at all. Breakfast is a scam. It is until 10am, at 9, there was literally no food. When we complained, we heard it’s not there fault, because some guy didn’t do the shopping. I don’t care if someone didn’t do their job- I payed for a breakfast, I expect it. Someone went to buy some croissants and baguettes, but it was all. Very bad breakfast.

Liked: The location is good, bed is comfortable and it is more or less calm, breakfast included.
Disliked: Room requires renovation : broken wc and lock, bathroom full of black joints, no sufficient light to work and when I have been there - there was no heating or alternative.

Liked: The location is very good. Easy transportation metro, otosbus comes frequently without much waiting. It is close to places to visit and you can easily reach everywhere without wasting time.The staff is friendly and helpful, sincere.Everything was good. Thank you very much, I recommend it to everyone. I would like to stay again.
Disliked: I was disappointed that there were no slippers in a chain hotel like ibis hotel. Because this is a very important need when you constantly travel and return with tired feet. For the money I paid, there should have been slippers. Having a carpet in the room does not mean that we can travel without slippers, hygiene is important. You can't go barefoot in the room you enter with shoes, you can't go barefoot in your bed. In short, slippers are essential for hygiene.
