Excellent location and facilities.

Liked: Excellent location, very close to metro and rail stations. Very good facilities. Very good breakfast.

Liked: Great location because the metro is next door, but sometimes of the day it is a little sketchy. English speaking staff was really helpful. Breakfast was great
Disliked: Bathtub really high and slippery. The people at the check in didn’t understand English and they don’t have tools to communicate

Liked: The property is well located & comfortable enough for one night.
Disliked: I arrived at the hotel just before 3pm and completely soaked due to heavy rain. And I had to wait 15 minutes for my room to be ready. I wasn’t the only one waiting, there were 4 of us waiting for rooms. Check is at 2pm and an apology would have gone a long way but the staff never offered one. I don’t think it is acceptable. I’ve travelled for 30 years plus and that has never happened to me and this is my first ever complain. I now have a cold and I’m not happy.

Disliked: The air conditioning was not cold enough and felt really humid in the room.

Warm room, great breakfast!

Liked: The breakfast was great! One day I made hard-boiled eggs (I recommend 12 minutes, not the 9 that the machine says). I had pain au chocolat and a croissant. One day I had brie with bread. And, the coffee was very decent.
Disliked: I wish Paris wasn't so expensive. The room was great, but it is hard to appreciate for such a price. The room was hot! I had the AC working hard. I could sleep, but it certainly wasn't cool.

Overall good stay

Liked: The room was comfortable and the staff was nice. The property was also next to metro station Château Landon and 4 min walk from Gare de l’est station.
Disliked: The breakfast was poorly and the bathroom wasn’t fully clean.
