Disliked: Bathrooms need an upgrade

Convenient and quiet.

Liked: Location good on main road. Rooms all newly refurbished. We were put into wheelchair accessible room dye to very late booking. Room very comfortable. Was lacking crockery and adequate cutlery I had to go and request from reception. Found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. Staff were very efficient.
Disliked: Beds way to hard.

Liked: Rooms were spotless. Dinner in restaurant was lovely. Staff were most helpful. Double glazing on windows meant a good nights sleep and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom could do with renovation, door did not close, sink was cracked and tiles dated.

Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was good. Staff were friendly. Room wet area cleaning unacceptable.
Disliked: There was a strong smell of bleach when I entered the room. My bathroom had some areas which had not been cleaned. There was a tide mark around the wash basin with black shaving hair stuck to it. There was hair from a shaver all over the vanity bench, and stuck to the white tile splashback and mirror. The stainless steel pedal bin next to the toilet was covered in vomit and there was vomit splashed up the exterior of the shower screen adjacent to the toilet. I took photos and emailed them to admin so that cleaning processes could be reviewed with staff.
