Amazing but I would like...

Liked: The hotel is really nice with an amazing breakfast and a really good swimming pool.
Disliked: The rooms are not soundproofed and we can hear a lot about the corridor noise and also the neighbor.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent and rooms were cleaned every day.
Disliked: Perhaps they could do an evening meal or different events for the evening.

Convenient location, very clean, comfy...

Liked: Close the the airport, walking or tram take about the same time. Simple, clean, modern and friendly staff
Disliked: Would have loved a coffee machine in the room.

Very disappointing and felt as...

Liked: The breakfast was very nice, a wide range of foods and drinks available. The breakfast staff were very warm and friendly also.
Disliked: No kettle in the room. No drinking facilities in our room. So you had to get presentably dressed and go down in the lift a few floors, not forgetting your access card so that you could make yourself a hot drink. You could not then take it back to your room and drink and relax in private. You had to sit in the bar/ reception area to drink it. You could fill up a bottle of water and take that to your room but only fizzy water, no still water. Terrible.
