Liked: Very friendly staff. Clean and quiet
Disliked: More pillows but I am sure if I had asked they would of been supplied

Check-in service could be better

Liked: As expected as commented by reviewers, but not that much.
Disliked: A customer came to check-in, then the first question from staff lady was “which ibis did you book? Style or Budget? To the staff, I might be misplaced? Or deserved for the budget ibis?That was the first question. Interesting and stupid question.

Liked: Not far from the airport by car. Its clean with everything you need from an airport hotel.
Disliked: Pillows are poor. Open bathroom isn't very private.
