Excellent choice for Zona Rosa

Liked: The hotel is in an ideal location although closer to Insurgentes than Reforma. I would highly recommend the hotel, the rooms are lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Very friendly staff. The location is really great, close to C. Amberes and Reforma 222 was a short stroll away.
Disliked: My room was one of the interior Atrium rooms and the window did not open. Both of which made the room feel a little stuffy and dark. The Air Con was not working properly on my first night but was fixed the next morning.

Not what I expected.

Liked: The flood looked like it wasn’t swept or mopped and I had to purchase toothpaste for $60 pesos it was a sample that os outrages that is an amenity that hotels give for free too guest.

DISSATISFIED, DISAPPOINTED. Not worth it

Disliked: They have smart tv’s but aren’t connected to the internet, and can’t be connected. The internet is too complicated to connect to your device. The hot water wasn’t running until the morning we were leaving. The shower drain wasnt running either.

Great location

Liked: Location is good. If you like walking, then can walk to Zocalo. Quiet, good sleep. Good, strong wifi. All clean, comfortable bed Nearby big modern, shopping centre. Around the corner small restaurant, bar street. Good buffet breakfast, although no good coffee.
Disliked: The room was a bit below expectation for Ibis styles. AC really old in the room, we did not use it. Rain shower not that new. Using bathroom means you light up all room through glass walls. Sink in the room. I do not like this kind of solutions as it means 2 persons should have exactly the same sleeping times.
