Disliked: Location had nothing within walking distance

Liked: The property was modern and clean. It was very close to the airport and the shuttle was appreciated. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor seating area.
Disliked: I would have given it an overall 10 score but for the fact that they do not use What’s App or anything similar. Since it’s an airport hotel, I would expect that I should be able to call the shuttle without having a French phone number. Communicating with them through the booking app was unresponsive.
