Liked: The staff from the morning was nice
Disliked: When we arrived in the evening there was no one at the reception to check us in. And they took some time to arrive. The room had a bad smellWe did not feel very comfortable or safe

Too much too offer but...

Liked: The breakfast is good they have a variety of choices and the lady inc-charge was nice. The airport shuttle service is very reliable and the driver is accomodative to the requested time pick up/drop off.
Disliked: What i didn’t like was I was put me in a room all the way at the very most end where the fire exit was after so many turns. I noticed that they put me in a room that was a smoking allowed room, and I dont smoke. I also didn’t like the shower would flood the floor so it’s a clean up, there is no dividers or anything to stop the water from splashing on the floor.

Comfortable stay close to Marseile...

Liked: Close to the Marseille Airport with a free shuttle. Breakfast was good, typical continental. Worked great for a one night stay before heading back to the airport.
Disliked: Calling for the shuttle is tricky. I was glad to have read other reviews that suggested to go to the shuttle pickup area to call, rather than looking for it in the airport with the current construction.

Liked: Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were collected from the railway station on arrival and taken to the airport on departure. Excellent!
Disliked: There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and unlike all Ibis Styles I have stayed in before there was no publicly available coffee.
