I think the room was a single with a double bed in it - very small and no room to move around and nowhere to sit, and the door of the room could not fully open because of the wardrobe behind it. Overall we were disappointed for the amount we paid. We are sorry but we will stick to Premier Inns in the future.

Liked: Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The room was far too small; being it was a double, two of us could not get into the bathroom.

I stayed here with 3 friends for a concert at MEN. It's a fair walk to the arena but taxis are right outside the hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - really lovely. I'd definitely choose this hotel again.

Liked: Easy check in, very welcoming. Basic but clean room. Everything we needed for a 2 night stay for a freinds wedding. Room cleaned again after night one. Quiet and comfortable bed. So clean, the bedding smelled so nice. Fresh towels daily. Breakfast good value, too. Another guests (not with us) complained about the room view. There's not much to see anyway so this was not an issue for us at all. We had a window. Location was spot on for all we needed. Secure lifts with key cards, so we felt safe at all times. Will definitely stay again.
