I think the room was a single with a double bed in it - very small and no room to move around and nowhere to sit, and the door of the room could not fully open because of the wardrobe behind it. Overall we were disappointed for the amount we paid. We are sorry but we will stick to Premier Inns in the future.

Liked: Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The room was far too small; being it was a double, two of us could not get into the bathroom.

I stayed here with 3 friends for a concert at MEN. It's a fair walk to the arena but taxis are right outside the hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - really lovely. I'd definitely choose this hotel again.

Disliked: Another set of lifts would have been fantastic - it was very busy so quite a lot of waiting around.

Liked: Breakfast was nice but lacked a choice of eggs/pastries. Location was good but shame you couldn’t book breakfast at time of booking.

Perfect location, ideal for what...

Liked: Room was small, but ideal for what we needed. Exactly what you'd expect for budget. Great Shower, and great shower extras, the shampoo and body wash were lovely.
Disliked: Breakfast was pretty poor. No milk for the cereal, no pancakes even though the sign was there, and had to look around for a lot of the stuff. We paid for the breakfast separately, but still felt it could have been a bit better.
