Liked: Very clean and all the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the variety of food at breakfast. Plus the hours were very good 6am to 11am.

Great place with perfect location,...

Liked: The hotel is perfectly located - both for visitng the city and for communiting to some remote locations around Madrid (eg. for my work meetings and to the airport). The staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was very tasty with quite a big choice of products (even despite the fact that the hotel is rather small). Air condition worked well, there was quiet inside any time I've been there and electric kettle in the room was very convenient.
Disliked: There weren't any unpleasent surprises there. My single room was very compact (9m2) but I expected that and it was very ergonomically arranged so no problem with bumping into furniture or my stuff. Also no minibar in that room but there was one in the reception lobby so if I needed it I could have reach it at any hour.
