Liked: We only stayed for one night as we were traveling by train to Chambéry the next day. The hotel is perfectly situated next to the train station. The staff was very friendly and could assist us with locating restaurants and train information. They offer a delicious breakfast with many options.

Liked: Great location at station, very comfy bed, quiet room on 8th floor. Nice breakfast from 6am which is great for travellers.
Disliked: Very strange shower head. Food in Mercury Hotel not very good and had mistake in English translation!!!

Disliked: Not a lot of choice for the breakfast (but great juices and coffee).

Liked: The proximity to the train station was good. Also close the metro and train to the airport. Room was clean, bed comfortable . Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.
Disliked: Air conditioning not working properly. Safe in room not functioning.
