Liked: The location is safe, and free parking , the staff was amazing, responsive and kind
Disliked: The breakfast options were very poor , the eggs are from a package and did not taste well, the rooms are ok for one night, but not a prolonged stay the rooms need maintenance, the pillows are small, and the ac was not cooling properly,

Liked: The playarea for kids, tabletennis, mariodesign theme.
Disliked: The fact that a lot of games were incomplete or not working, there was a gameroom which was closed; arcademachine was behind closed bars.Also they didn’t have a toiletbrush which is a must in any hotel!We had two rooms and neither one of them had one.

Liked: Many things to do for kids. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly
Disliked: Rooms dirty. Bed uncomfortable. Description between ibis and novohotel not clear. (Diffrent rooms and service between them ,but same location.) Restaurant over priced.Overall disappointed for the price payed

Disliked: We order family room or connect room and put them in two separate rooms, breakfast awful, two staff for service is very few, the food was still missing.

Liked: I super love our overnight stay from a long car/auto travel. Breakfast was really good. The family room was big and clean. Lots of entertainment/ play corner for kids.
Disliked: Noise from kids jumping, screaming and shouting can be heard in our room at 11pm.
