Very poor quality hotel.

Liked: Very close to train station
Disliked: Room size was very small even you can’t have a space to put your bags in the room to open. No chair or table to sit, no sofa in the room.

Liked: It was nice and central
Disliked: we stayed 2 nights we used our coffee cups no news ones where given of fresh tea or coffee sachets. no biscuits spoons stirring sticks. There was thick dust on my headboard not that i was looking i put my phone above the bed to rest and when i pulled it down a loads of dust and dirt came off. My floor was dirty or black marks off the floor had not been removed. To be honest the room was a little bit too small to get ready and changed.

Nice hotel decor wise, but...

Liked: The room was clean and we loved the decor of the whole hotel. Shower was nice and powerful. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Staff were not hospitable. On arriving the 2 guys were not helpful friendly or polite. They were actually a bit weird, They didn't even really engage with us.The room had no remote control for the TV.There was tea facilities, but no kettle.No towels.I called the reception and the guy did bring a controller and some towels.But even the inconvenience of calling was a bit long.Then in the morning the housekeeping staff just entered the room after only knocking once. Then continuously knocked. We didn't know checkout time, as we weren't informed.
