Liked: It was during Covid they didnt make it clear the breakfast was a pretty poor Selection of three things in a paper bag but the hotel is really nice and the staff are okay

Disliked: Staff , on check in l was waiting 27 min because he left reception to serve a guest . What is not professional if there is more staff. I paid for parking what is allinclude but l went too reception just to make sure l will not get ticket she checked on the sistem and said no worries u can pay next time.

My new best stay for Heathrow

Liked: My first stay in an IBIS Styles was in Hounslow and I was very impressed since then where ever I go if theres one in the area im booking it as they tick all boxes for me as a regular business traveller. Breakfast was better than other hotels ive stayed at during covid times and consisted of a very generous assortment of pastries , cereal pots , milk , coffee, juice , apple , of course this is supplied in a take out bag but they do have an allocated area if you would like to sit in which I took advantage of.
Disliked: nothing everything was great
