Liked: I was traveling with 9 family members and the room was perfect for us. the location is great too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was not great. Very few choices but the coffee was good.

Liked: Staff in the restaurant at dinner time and the proximity to the airport
Disliked: Staff on reception were not helpful. The room was very small and it was difficult to move around with the luggage in there. There was no shuttle to the airport and the staff were not helpful in guiding us to alternatives.

Disliked: The room assigned had no air conditioning and when we asked to switch the manager who also put us in a handicapped room , made a big deal about accommodating us. To a new room. We did get a new room. We were only there for 6 hours due to airline delays and connections. Very disappointing.
