Great location but pricey for...

Liked: Location is really good! And staff were helpful
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room - there were marks all over the floor that didn’t look like they had been cleaned properly. The room was small with a corner window so it was really dark, and I think the price of the room for one night was a lot for what we got.

Disliked: The room was in base room and it’s a bit confusing for guests on the direction boards

Almost perfect

Liked: Convenient for the underground & a short walk to the albert hall ( that we attended) nice warm friendly welcome all staff we encountered were very helpful.
Disliked: The room looked a little tired lots of scuffs on walls etc . A loud huming noise that came & went through the night - could have been to do with air conditioning apart from that a nice quiet room almost perfect Did the job for what we needed

Exceptional

Liked: Very cosy room with all the necessities, super close to the metro station with good access to both the center and several airports and a grocery store right across the street, only wish it had a fridge.

Clean, friendly and well located...

Liked: Liked the London Underground theme. Nice (mainly continental) breakfast. Friendly staff.

No point in booking

Disliked: I booked a twin room in February and expected two single beds. This was confirmed. When we arrived we were shown a double bed and child’s camp bed. Complained! We were then given a room with double bed and vey uncomfortable sofa bed. Appalling!
