Liked: I like the room and comfortable.
Disliked: The bedsheets is too old and the sheet has bubble, and i was also expecting microwave and iron and ironing board in the room instead I have to go to the 4th floor to iron.

Good location, West London rooms...

Liked: Very cool from the outside, artsy miami kinda vibe, not too far from cafes & transportation. clean room, comfy bed, big coffee mugs (for a change!)
Disliked: Rooms are very dark with the lightest settings & windows open. little pricier then should be but not bad!

Liked: Themed, friendly and helpful staff, good for short stay
Disliked: Room could have been more thoroughly cleaned (something on wall and old used travel mug found in wardrobe)

Not the best

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There was no noise.
Disliked: On arrival we had to wait for an hour in the reception area as the staff were unable to check us in due to IT issues. When we got in the room, there was a bug in my bed which I picked with tissue and flushed down the toilet. No windows that open so had to just flush it away.The air con was leaking water which made the carpet wet. There wasn’t a huge selection at breakfast. It was mentioned at the time of booking that there was EV charging available at the car park but there was not!

Liked: Location. Cleaning staff were very helpful. Room was always cleaned well. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk sachets and sugar supplied.
Disliked: Room window faced a building site with workman continually going up and down the stairs during working days. Could not open the curtains during the day because of this. Plus the room lighting is extremely limited. More overhead lighting would be great. No separate hair conditioner, it’s mixed in with the shampoo. No tissues, hand towel and shower cap supplied! International travellers find it hard to buy these things after a long flight and if checking into the hotel late at night. Could not find a safe in the room, is there one? No phone in the room.
