Disliked: Just personal preferences but would have liked to be able to open a window. Also requested on booking a room with a bath but not sure whether this was actually possible.

Liked: Great location. Easy to park and great for exploring the area.
Disliked: We unfortunately had been allocated a mobile accessible room which we hadn’t realised and was obviously the only room left when we booked and for us it didn’t work.

Liked: Very helpful staff, I was offered an early check in so I did not have to leave my bag while waiting for my room; the room was very nice, good size, bright and nicely furnished; small bathroom but well-equipped; excellent continental buffet breakfast with a good range of sweet and savoury options, and very tasty smoothies. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Liverpool.
