Very clean and comfortable.

Liked: Didn't have breakfast as my partner never gets up for it .but the location was Very good just a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.and the free tea and coffee was lovely.
Disliked: N/a

Coldplay stay

Liked: Myself and my Mum always stay with Ibis on Dale Street. It's central and always clean & tidy. The staff are exceptionally important to the running of this hotel with their welcoming attitude and willingness to help with any questions. Morwenna (I think! Sorry!) checked us in and was fantastic.
Disliked: Not to do with the hotel, but there's an awful lot of homelessness around this area. I hope local businesses help where they can.

Excellent budget hotel in good...

Liked: Excellent location for quayside,shops and Cavern.Small but we'll designed rooms with good hot showers.
Disliked: Bit cleaner in the bathroom, dirt on the door.
