The friendliest kindest staff ever!

Liked: The staff were amazing!!!!
Disliked: The bathroom floor/skirting needs some attention.

Issue with cleanliness, but great...

Liked: The location of this hotel is very good, close to the main square and the old town but easily reachable from the train station. A really good, value-for-money stay in Lille.The included breakfast was nice, the staff made fresh waffles and orange juice to supplement the buffet that was already quite ample.
Disliked: Mainly, I was a bit unhappy with the cleanliness of the room. There were some hairs in the bathroom that weren't cleaned and quite a few of the light switches and other appliances have seemingly not been dusted off for weeks before my stay there. It was not at a level that I thought it was gross, but it did not leave a great impression. Other than that, if you are looking for a noise proof place this is not it. Again, not super bad, but you could hear the neighbors showering and talking through the walls.

Liked: The price / quality of hotel was good. AIRCO was quiet :). Distance to center is ok and nearby shops aswell.
Disliked: Maybe it could have been a bit more cleaner.
