Liked: Stayed here twice before so I know the area for what we want so good location, hotel clean.
Disliked: Paying over £170 just for a room, previously paid a lot less than this & had breakfast included, Very Expensive Just For a Room

Disliked: Customer service was poor. Arrived 2 hours before check in time and lady on reception said there was nowhere to leave bags - said the bag room was full (surely they could have put a bag in an office or something?!). Surly and dismissive attitude from front desk.Much worse was to come. Air conditioning in room didn’t work and the windows don’t open. Must have been 35c + in the room… dripping in sweat and impossible to sleep until around 4am. Told front desk multiple times who said they would re-set the system but nothing was done. Would not return.
