Probably will not be back...

Liked: Room was good but the value for money was bad.
Disliked: The value for money, the room is not worth $224 per night

Never ever going to stay...

Liked: The location was great and the staff including the receptionists were very friendly
Disliked: We had a number of suitcases which wasn’t easy to carry as the entrance only had stairs. Very inconvenient and I ended up hurting my back. The room and the bathroom stunk! Had a very bad smell. There was no nearby parking. Also the whole building needed to evacuate in the middle of the night which ended up being a false alarm.

Disappointed

Liked: The location was good, central to train and trams.
Disliked: The hotel was being renovated, and looked like it shouldn't have been fot for use. Fire alarms going off at midnight and loud clunking sounds coming from my air-conditioning unit. The prive was very high for what was comparable to a backpacker hostel. Not clean

I will book this hotel...

Liked: I like the spotlight in the toilet because I felt warm standing underneath it after shower during the winter time. The bed is comfortable. Queen size bed for single room. I like the plug points are above the table. Very convenient for me to use my laptop that time, easy for charging devices. Very near to the places I visited like Chinatown and other shops by walking. I still book this hotel again the next time I visit Melbourne.
Disliked: The breakfast can be improved for more variety.

We would stay again

Liked: Fantastic location - 5 minutes to Southern Cross and 3 minute walk to the trams
Disliked: The staff weren’t overly friendly - when my 12 year old daughter asked for a later check out because the fire alarm had her still awake at 130 in the morning - we just got a NO. We were, as were everyone who evacuated were not happy there was not one staff member around to tell everyone it’s a false alarm, but we must wait outside -
