Liked: I appreciate the renovations that have recently been completed. The hotel is looking so much better with it's improvements and fresh coat of paint.I love the library, it's warmth, comfy armchairs and books to browse. I appreciated being able to wait in the library most of the day after my train was delayed.I appreciate the hotel's green policy of providing dispenser soap, shampoo and conditioner rather than throwaway plastic tubes.
Disliked: I'd like English Breakfast teabags added to the teas provided in the rooms.I'd like milk to be provided in recyclable cartons rather that those plastic throwaway cuppy things, which cannot be recycled and end up in landfill. As well as diary, I'd like other milk provided in the rooms, such as soya and oat milk.I'd like to be able to adjust the air conditioner myself. There was no remote provided in my room to do this.Rather than the air conditioner providing warmth in the room while sleeping, I'd prefer a warm cozy blanket.
