Liked: Location is close to Southern Cross Station and central for catching public transport around the city cbd.The shower was hot with a rain-shower head. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided. Shower gel provided. I liked the refillable container rather than the small individual sizes at other locations.
Disliked: Unfortunately the rooms are not well sound proofed and the neighbours in the next room were loud most of the night, talking and laughing which wouldn’t be an issue if there was better sound proofing. But it’s a small matter for price and location.

Liked: Was central to everything. Super cheap, had a gym and the staff were all lovely
Disliked: If anything the Rooms are a little small but honestly for the price you cannot complain

Liked: Great and convenient location, nice, polite and helpful staff, comfy bed.
Disliked: While nicely renovated, the room smelled a bit strange and was difficult to air out.

Liked: Decent sized room and bathroom, and the staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: My only issue with the hotel was the fact that a couple of days, when we requested our room to be cleaned. The cleaning team re-used our bedsheets instead of putting new ones down.

Liked: Perfect location, staff friendly and helpful. Extended my check out by an hour free of charge and stored my luggage for me.
Disliked: Room was very clean and had a new bathroom but the room itself was slightly on the small side.
