Lovely stay and great customer...

Liked: Staff very friendly, even after arriving very late first day, 2am and 5 am the second day after a festival, they all were attentive and supportive and wasn’t waiting around at all after a very long days. Beds were very soft and comfortable.
Disliked: Towels in the room were not the cleanest, a few staines on them. And were not changed on the first day after speaking with cleaners in the morning and asking them to come back later in the afternoon.

Liked: The location was great 10 mins by taxi from where we wanted to be. Set just off East Lancs Road.. Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. Room clean / breakfast hot and cold lots of choice. Good experience would recommend.
Disliked: . Bed not to my liking, but that's me..

Liked: The room was roomy enough and the mattress on the bed was especially Brilliant bed. In fact I would like to know the make of the mattress!!
Disliked: The noise from the traffic on road was pretty bad especially as we are used to a rural setting.

Good value, friendly place, easy...

Liked: It was a good experience, could do with and update on paints but was clean non the less. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was simple but satisfying. Stayed there only one night but would recommend it. Easy to get to and good connections to motorway if coming by car.
