Liked: Polite staff, lovely and clean, made us and our guide dog very welcome, excellent breakfasts, and the theme to Haydock racecourse with pictures, stencils, and jockey's helmets as bedside lamps, brilliant.
Disliked: Nothing at all, perfect.

Disliked: The front of house and bar was lively and clean the room we had 108 was absolutely disgusting smelt of human poo as leaking toilet and sink shower tray tiles all dirty and grubby one of the towel had black marks on and the quilt was very thin and as it was warm we had window open and all we could smell was all the rubbish as this is where are room was above the bins so very noisy

Disliked: First room hadn’t been made up Second room was close to dual carriage way as there was no air con had to have window open which was too noisy Asked for room at opposite side which they obliged Couldn’t get a drink on return first night as some guests were badly behaving outside porter locked every thing down police attended Couldn’t get a drink on return on second night Reply was bar’s closed Complimentary spring water wasn’t replaced second day

Bathroom smells to be sorted...

Liked: Not too far from the racecourse
Disliked: Bathroom smelt of drains/waste each time next door flushed the toilet there was a smell Far to warm - no air con or thermostat
