One night stay

Liked: Staff were friendly and efficient. Beds were comfortable and all areas including the bedroom were very clean. Large well lit carpark.
Disliked: Despite asking for a quiet room we were on the road side, over the kitchen and near the stairs & lift so lots of movement & noise all around.There was an awful smell in the bathroom in the morning. Possibly drains as eased off after running the shower for a few minutes.

Room standard was disappointing.

Disliked: No heating and room left with the window open so was cold. Refreshments - only 2 tea bags, no sugar (just sweetener), no decaf coffee, no herbal teas. Extra bed in the room (sofa bed) which was not required. Had an odd wooden shelf over the bed. One of the bed side lights had a blown bulb; room mirror needed cleaning properly.

Liked: Room was OK. Bed very comfortable. Downside was a bit of traffic noise.Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The menu for the evening meal was very limited.
