Disliked: The staff were very unhelpful

it was ok...

Liked: The Staffs - Very helpful. He was singaporean - He advised us on alot of things and we appreciate it. Otherwise - Hotel was clean and tidy. You can have a pleasant stay.
Disliked: Size of the room were small. it was cramped because we took a room which had a double bed and a bunk bed for the kids. Overall i would say - it was ok Not great but ok

I was feeling real good...

Liked: The location of Ibis is god, I didn't have the opportunity to have a breakfast at the hotel.
Disliked: On the 25th. I had early flight to Melbourne, so I requested reception to give me a wake up call at 4 am, they said that will be fine, but it didn't happen at all. and that is real bad service. I wonder what would have happened if I slept in and missed the flight.
