Liked: Great location, friendly staff. Best hotel Wifi I've ever used - no login page and very fast. Located inside a historic old building.
Disliked: Layout of the room was slightly strange. No bathroom, but sink and shower in the room and a very small separate room for the toilet. Because all rooms open straight out onto the stairs, there was a draft that rattled my door any time another door in the building was opened or closed. Got quite annoying early in the morning.

Superb

Liked: Great location in the Hague. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower. Very good breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Not sure if bed sheets were clean. Little bugs in the shower. Location of reception and lobby very small. Some noise at times, but fortunately they do provide ear plugs.

Passable

Disliked: It was a bit disappointing that there was no refrigerator in the room.Also, since the hotel faces a nightlife district, it was quite noisy until around 2 a.m. I wish the double-glazed windows had better sound insulation.

Will definitely stay here again

Liked: Perfect location, everything in walking distance
Disliked: Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be better, as the coffee machine in the dining area wasn't heating the milk up, consequently my capachino was cold
